• Accessing the Smart Skills App

      • Download the Smart Skills app

      • Open the Smart Skills app on your mobile phone or tablet

      • Enter your platform name & click NEXT

      • Login with your Email & Password

    • Checking the Status of Your Skills

      • Click on one of the Teams available in your app

      • Note the status of your Skills:

        • 'Available' refers to the number of skills you still need to work on
        • 'Waiting' refers to the number of skills pending approval from your manager
        • 'Approved' refers to the number of skills for which you have reached the required level or higher

      • Review the list of required Skills for this Team and check your progress

      • Click on a Skill

      • Note your Current Skill Level and the Required Skill Level

    • Completing Learning Activities

      • Click on one of the Teams available in your app

      • Click on a Skill to view its details

      • Click on a Learning Activity to start learning

      • Click on the link to access the learning material

      • After reviewing the material, click Mark Learning as Completed

      • Click on NEXT LEARNING to move to the next Learning Activity

      • Continue reviewing the Learning Activities for this Skill

      • When you have reached the last Learning Activity and marked it as complete, you can click BACK TO SKILL

      • In the Skill overview, your completed Learning Activities will be marked with a checked box under the status Completed

    • Requesting a Skill Assessment

      • Click on one of the Teams available in your app

      • Click on the Skill you would like to submit for assessment

      • Note your Current Skill Level and the Required Skill Level

      • Check if your Learning Activities have been marked as Completed

      • Click SUBMIT FOR REVIEW

      • To submit the assessment request with a self-assessment, select the level that best describes your current ability

      • Click ASSESS MYSELF to send the request to your manager with your self-assessed level

      • A notification will appear that you have successfully requested an assessment

    • Checking Notifications

      • Once your manager has submitted an assessment, you will receive a notification on your mobile device or tablet.

        Click the notification or open the Smart Skills app

      • A popup will appear with your assessment details:

        • Your Skill Level
        • Any comments, if added by your manager

      • Click on the bell icon to see all of your notifications

      • Check all your notifications to review your progress
