• Getting started

      • Log into Smart Skills

        • Open the link to your Platform using your web browser 

        • Enter your Email and Password, then click Login

        • Click Smart Skills on the main menu

    • Identifying Skills Gaps

      • Skill Level Validation

        • Assessing a Skill Level

          • Click Smart Skills in the main menu

          • Click on the team name to open the Skills Matrix

          • Click on a name to view their details

          • Find the skills with the status Approval needed or In progress

          • Click on the arrow next to the skill that you would like to assess

          • Check the Current Level and the Self Assessed Level (if a Self Assessment was submitted)

          • Review the History of Learning to check if the required Learning Activities have been completed

          • Click on the drop-down arrow to Set New Level

          • Optional: Add comments in the feedback section

          • Click ASSESS to save the new skill level

          • A notification with the new skill level and comments will be sent to the individual who has been assessed

        • Re-Assessing a Skill Level

          • Click Smart Skills in the main menu

          • Click on the team name to open the Skills Matrix

          • Click on a name to view their details

          • Find the skills that are Approved

          • Click on the arrow next to the skill you would like to re-assess

          • Review the Skill Details:

            • Current Level
            • Approval By
            • Approval Date
            • Expiration Date (If Applicable)

          • Click on the drop-down arrow to Set New Level

          • Optional: Add comments in the feedback section

          • Click RE-ASSESS to save the new skill level

          • A notification with the new skill level and comments will be sent to the individual who has been assessed

        • Manually Setting a Skill Level

          • Click Smart Skills in the main menu

          • Click on the team name to open the Skills Matrix

          • Click on a name to view their details

          • Find the skills that are in progress

          • Click on the drop-down arrow and select one of the levels to change the individual's Current Level

          • A notification with the new skill level will be sent to the individual who has been assessed
